We have added the information of 7031 FOX individual lines to the Exp-Plant Catalog. The catalog can be searched by AGI code.

FOX lines were created by introducing the Arabidopsis full-length cDNA (RAFL clone) placed downstream of the cauliflower mosaic virus 35S promoter (35SP) into wild-type Arabidopsis (Col-0). Initially, they were produced for use in phenotypic screening experiments. The gene introduced into each line was identified by the depositor (Arabidopsis gene number AGI code).
The insertion of the gene is investigated before shipping as part of our QC, but the expression level is not included in the inspection.
