The RIKEN BRC would like to help our users utilize the wealth of natural variation in Arabidopsis. We distribute seed pool set of 400 Arabidopsis natural accessions for your screening. After screening, you can ask BRC for “genotyping service” (separately charged) to identify the accession of a particular plant of your interest. The detailed information is available from here.
We are going to release F2 seeds of selected natural accessions crossed with Col and/or Ler. The information will be available from our website in next spring.
