The catalogue for RIKEN Arabidopsis Transposon-tagged Mutant lines has been revised with the following changes:
- Latest genome annotation by TAIR (TAIR10) is applied to the data.
- The newly deposited 1,132 lines are added to the database.
- New function to search homozygous lines (psh) is added to the catalogue search page.
- The information for insertion site, quality of seeds and etc. obtained by RIKEN BRC is added to the “Note” section of detailed data pages.
