Homozygous seeds for 305 lines of RIKEN Arabidopsis transposon-tagged mutants are newly available now.
- We use PCR analysis to validate homozygous seed stocks. When homozygous seeds are available, the line is labeled with “
” on the catalogue search results. - Transposon-tagged mutants are genetically modified organisms. RECIPIENT should obtain appropriate permission for acceptance and usage of this resource.
