The Material Transfer Agreement（MTA), signed by the requesting organization and the RIKEN BRC prior to the distribution of resources, prohibits the transfer of the resource by the recipient to a third party. This action, as well as the acquisition of RIKEN BRC resources by organizations other than the RIKEN BRC, is an infringement of the intellectual property of the resource developer and is therefore illegal.
The resources in the Experimental Plant Division are the intellectual property of the depositors and are available to the research community under the terms of the Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) signed between the depositor and the RIKEN BRC prior to the deposit. Please do not purchase these resources even if they are sold by other organizations (either academic or non-academic).
