Customers are responsible for obtaining information on the applicable requirements from the competent plant quarantine authority in their country.
International shipments involve communication and coordination with plant quarantine authorities in both the importing country and Japan. As the necessary inquiries and regulatory procedures are time-consuming, a substantial lead time is currently needed before shipment can be arranged.
