The ICAR2012 was held at the Hofburg Imperial Palace in Vienna from July 3 to 7. The activity of the International Arabidopsis Informatics Consortium (IAIC) and the current status of the 1,001 Genomes Project were introduced in the Conference. Please note that the recent manuscript by IAIC explains the transition of the TAIR databases anticipated in next summer. The ICAR2013 will be held in Sydney, June 24-28, 2013.
