We have released homozygous seeds for 536 lines of RIKEN Arabidopsis transposon-tagged mutants. Please read the following information and email to plant.brc@riken.jp if you have any question.
- You can check the names of 536 lines here.
- We use PCR analysis to validate homozygous seed stocks.
- When we distribute this resource, 500 homozygous seeds per line will be shipped in a sealed plastic tube. For user’s convenience, wild-type Nossen seeds (500 seeds/order, for control) will be also included in the shipment.
