Catalogue database for RIKEN Arabidopsis Full-Length cDNA (RAFL) clone is revised, and now AGI code in the database corresponds to TAIR 7 annotation. Also, data for 5,605 RAFL clones are newly added to the database. We would like to ask users to read following comments before you use the database.

| (2) | This database presents the AGI code of Arabidopsis gene that has highest similarity. It doesn’t guarantee that the clone has exactly same sequence with corresponding gene annotated by TAIR.
