Additional 89,003 RAFL clones have been deposited from RIKEN GSC and added to our catalogue. Now they are ready for distribution. You can enter the catalogue search page from here.
Please note:
- The clones added to the catalogue are accompanied with full-length sequence (pda clone) or 3’- or 5’-end sequence (pdz clone). Please be sure when you select the database to search clones.
- When you perform the full-length sequencing of pdz clone, please send your result to us to improve our database. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- RAFL clones not always have exactly same sequence with those corresponding genes annotated by TAIR. Please examine the sequence of the clones available from the catalogue before you make your order.
