    1. The BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE can be used only for academic research.
    2. The number of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE distributed to the RECIPIENT is less than 100 in each fiscal year. When the RECIPIENT needs more than 100 clones, the RECIPIENT is required to discuss with the RIKEN BRC and the DEPOSITOR.
    3. The RECIPIENT needs to maintain the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE only in their laboratory and cannot re-distribute to the third party.
