The 28th International Conference on Arabidopsis Research (ICAR2017) was held in St. Louis, USA from Jun. 19 to 23. Approx. 500 attendees joined the conference, and progresses and achievements in their researches on epigenetics and chromatin, cell and development biology, hormone signaling, biotic and abiotic interactions, and etc. were presented. The Multinational Arabidopsis Steering Committee (MASC) meeting took place at the conference venue to discuss about the roles and operation system of MASC as well as the host countries and cities of future ICAR. The next ICAR will be held in Turku, Finland from Jun. 25 to 29 in 2018.
